Where can I buy LPD Home furniture?

Our collections are available online at several retailers in the UK.

Do you sell to the public?

As a trade-only supplier, we only sell directly to furniture retailers and trade customers. But don’t worry – you can still buy from our collections online at various retailers in the UK.

Do you sell internationally?

We only deliver our furniture to UK stockists. Please contact your local stockist to find out more.

How do I look after my furniture?

The aftercare information is shown in our assembly instructions. If you cannot find these, please follow these guidelines:

  • Never use abrasive or chemical cleaners to clean your furniture – always use a slightly damp, soft cloth
  • Don’t place your furniture against or too close to radiators or other heat sources
  • Avoid placing furniture in rooms with extreme temperature changes, such as conservatories
  • Don’t place your furniture in direct sunlight, as it may result in fading
  • Never drag or pull when moving your furniture – please lift it safely instead
  • Use furniture protector pads on the feet of your furniture when placing on wooden or laminate floors
  • Regularly check and tighten fittings
  • Never place hot or very heavy items on your furniture
Where do you find the assembly instructions?

You should receive assembly instructions with your furniture. If you cannot find this, first contact the retailer you bought from or email our sales team at sales@lpdhome.co.uk.

Why does my wooden furniture look different to what’s shown online/in print?

If you’ve chosen an item made from natural wood or wood veneer, some colour or grain pattern variation will likely occur. Wood is a natural resource, so colour will vary and is something we cannot control. This is what makes owning wooden furniture so special.

Where are the feet and fittings for my chair or sofa bed?

We place the feet and fittings in a zipped compartment underneath your sofa bed or chair to minimise damage during transit.

Where are the footboard, slats and fixing kit for my bed?

Your footboard, slats and fixing kit are placed within a zipped compartment at the back of the headboard.

Why are there no fittings with my furniture?

First, please check the packaging your furniture came in. We pack all fittings in a secure bag or box attached with red tape so you can easily spot them. For chairs and beds, they will be in a zipped compartment.

DELIVERIES
Do I have to be home to receive my delivery?

The retailer you bought from should be able to arrange an alternative delivery method or date for your order. If you contact them, they’ll be happy to help.

For some retailers, we arrange home deliveries, and we’ll be in touch with a tracker so you can keep an eye on your order. If you want to rearrange your order, please contact our team at 0113 271 5151 or email info@lpdhome.co.uk.

Can I change my delivery date and time?

To change your delivery date and time, you’ll need to send a request to the retailer you bought from to see if they can do this.

If LPD Home is delivering your order (this is confirmed via email), you can contact our team at 0113 271 5151 or email info@lpdhome.co.uk to request that your order be amended.

How much does shipping and delivery cost?

Your chosen retailer will confirm the total shipping and delivery costs at checkout. If you’d like to know beforehand, please contact them for more information.

What do I do if I’ve not received all of my order?

We’re sorry to hear this! You’ll need to contact the retailer you bought from so they can investigate your missing pieces.

Who should I contact if I need help with my delivery?

If you need help, speak to the retailer you bought from; their customer care team are here to help and will look into this!

What should I do if items are missing or incorrect on my delivery?

If your delivery is wrong, we recommend contacting the retailer you bought from. They can track where everything might be and send you the right items in return.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
What is your returns policy?

To make a return, you must refer to the retailer’s return policy. Please contact them and ensure all furniture is sent in its original packaging.

How do I arrange a replacement for my damaged/faulty product?

We’re sorry to hear your furniture is damaged or faulty. At LPD Home, we conduct strict quality tests to ensure our furniture is fit for living. Sometimes, damage can arise through transit, so please contact your chosen retailer, and they can look into what went wrong.

How do I arrange a return?
