Can I visit your showroom?

Yes, we have a showroom, which you can visit by booking an appointment with your account manager. If you don’t have a trade account, please call our sales team on 0113 271 5151 or email sales@lpdhome.co.uk.

Do you deliver outside of the UK?

We will deliver to a shipping company of your choice at any mainland port, who will then arrange delivery on your behalf.

Do you offer fabric swatches?

We can provide fabric swatches for all upholstered products. Please speak to your account manager or email our sales team at sales@lpdhome.co.uk.

Who can I send feedback to?

How do I place an order?

You can place orders on the phone, online or by email:

1. Call us on 0113 271 5151 to speak to a member of sales or your account manager;

2. Place your order on the LPD Home portal at any time of the day OR,

3. Email your requested order to your account manager or sales@lpdhome.co.uk

What is the LPD Home portal?

The LPD Home portal allows you to place and track orders, monitor stock, view PODs and invoices and check product prices.

How can I check stock availability?

You can check if stock is available in real-time on the LPD Home portal. You can also request a stock feed sent by email that shows hourly, daily, or weekly availability. Contact your account manager or email our sales team at sales@lpdhome.co.uk to set it up.

Is there a minimum order?

A minimum order only applies to the following postcodes: KW, HS, IV, PH, PA, BT, LL, SY, SA, TR, PL, EX, TQ and TA.

If you are based in these areas, please contact your account manager or email our sales team at sales@lpdhome.co.uk.

How do I find out when a product is back in stock?

Head to the LPD Home portal to get regular updates on stock availability. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, call our sales team on 0113 271 5151 or email sales@lpdhome.co.uk.

How do I check the status of my order?

Can I amend my order?

You can amend your order on the LPD Home portal. You can also call our sales team on 0113 271 5151 or email sales@lpdhome.co.uk if required.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order on the LPD Home portal, through our sales team at 0113 271 5151, or by emailing sales@lpdhome.co.uk. Please note that cancelling your order will depend on whether it’s in transit or not.

Where can I find more product information or dimensions?

Do you have aftercare information?

The aftercare information is shown in our assembly instructions. If you cannot find these, please follow these guidelines:

  • Never use abrasive or chemical cleaners to clean the furniture – always use a slightly damp, soft cloth
  • Don’t place furniture against or too close to radiators or other heat sources
  • Avoid placing furniture in rooms with extreme temperature changes, such as conservatories
  • Don’t place the furniture in direct sunlight, as it may result in fading
  • Never drag or pull when moving furniture – please lift it safely instead
  • Use furniture protector pads on the feet of the furniture when placing on wooden or laminate floors
  • Regularly check and tighten fittings
  • Never place hot or very heavy items on your furniture

Please note our furniture is intended for domestic use.

Where do you find the assembly instructions?

In the unlikely event your order arrives without instructions, please contact your account manager or email our sales team at sales@lpdhome.co.uk, and we’ll send you an electronic copy.

Why does your wooden furniture look different to what’s shown online/in print?

If you’ve chosen an item made from natural wood or wood veneer, there will likely be some colour or grain pattern variation. Wood is a natural resource, so colour will vary and is something we cannot control. This is what makes wooden furniture so special.

Slight variations in wood are not part of our returns policy.

Where are the feet and fittings for the chair or sofa bed?

We place the feet and fittings in a zipped compartment underneath the sofa bed or chair to minimise damage during transit.

Where are the footboard, slats and fixing kit for your beds?

The footboard, slats and fixing kit are placed within a zipped compartment at the back of the headboard.

Why are there no fittings with my order?

First, please check the packaging your furniture came in. We pack all fittings in a secure bag or box attached with red tape so you can easily spot them. For chairs and beds, they will be in a zipped compartment.

DELIVERIES
Are your products built up or flat-packed?

Our website will advise if your furniture will arrive assembled. If it doesn’t say it’s assembled, your furniture will arrive flat-packed.

Do you offer an assembly service?

We don’t offer an assembly service, but we supply clear and simple instructions to make building our furniture as easy as possible.

Do I have to be around to receive my delivery?

If you’re unavailable, please contact our transport team to arrange a safe location for your delivery.

Can I collect my order from you?

Yes! Please contact our sales team on 0113 271 5151 prior to any collection and we’ll book you in so your order is ready for pick up.

Can I change my delivery date and time?

Call our sales team on 0113 271 5151 or email sales@lpdhome.co.uk to amend your delivery date and time.

How much does shipping and delivery cost?

What do I do if I’ve not received all of my order?
